Where are you based?

We are based in Malta.

Will the filter fit my faucet / tap?

Our faucets are designed to be compatible with 90% of standard taps. They fit directly onto taps with an external thread, and each package also includes an adapter for taps with an internal thread, ensuring an easy and secure fit.

I'm having trouble installing my new filter

Most standard sink aerators can be easily removed by hand.

If needed, you may use a pair of pliers to loosen the aerator.

Still having trouble? Simply send us a photo of your faucet and aerator, and we’ll be happy to provide the help needed.

Do you have a return policy?

Yes! We offer a 30 day hassle free return policy.

If you live in an area with clean water or simply feel the filter isn’t the right fit for you, no problem we’ll gladly take it back. Just send us an email within 30 days, and we’ll process your return and refund promptly.

Can replacement cartridges be recycled?

Used cartridges should be discarded with regular household waste after each use.

Once replacement cartridges have been used, they are not recyclable due to contamination from tap water. Therefore, they must also be disposed of as general trash.
